Evercream was created almost 20 years ago to fill a niche for authentic natural icecreams and sorbets missing in Adelaide.
We are a local family business with a retail outlet in Hahndorf: “Evercream Ye Olde Icecreamery”.
We also cater for small and large events including family, corporate, community, wedding and school parties.
Evercream is also part of the Campbelltown Food Trail association which portrays the creativity of the City of Campbelltown local artisan gourmet food business.
What sets Evercream apart from the others is the crafted attention to all process of production, starting from the choice of quality and local ingredients. Your safety is also our major concern, this is way we follow a food safety program managed by DairySafe (accreditation No. 1275).
Our icecreams are freshly crafted in small batches with fresh milk and cream, while sorbets are dairy-free, vegan, and made with fresh fruits.
Most flavours are gluten-free.
Because our icecreams are made the Italian way they are more flavour intense and 93% fat-free.
We have got about 25 flavours available from Hahndorf most popular fbeing Figs & Almonds, Rum & raisins, Salted Caramel, Rocher, Persian pistachio, Peanut butter caramel and exotic ones like Durian and Taro.
Custom made flavours are also created for catering and restaurant companies.
The quality of Evercream Gelati has taken the attention of the media like the ABC and Channel 9, which have broadcasted our gelatiere Bruno in action in “The Cook and the Chef” and “Postcards”, and a few local magazines and national newspapers.
