This workshop is an introduction to machine sewing. Jo can’t wait to teach you how to sew (well!) and gain confidence in your sewing journey.
Suitable as a refresher for those who haven’t sewn in a while or people new to using a sewing machine.
Bring your own machine or you are welcome to use one of ours.
Please wear closed toe shoes, long hair must be tied back and no ‘dangly’ jewellery – as you will be working in an active workshop setting.
First part of the workshop will teach you basic sewing skills and the second part we will endeavour on a project, such as a tote bag.
You are welcome to bring some of your own fabric to use or we will have some sample fabrics for use.
Please arrive 10 mins before the session so you can get setup and be ready to go.
