Join us on a multi-sensory journey through the wines of Hahndorf Hill. Each of your five senses will be teased and tantalised, ultimately building your wine confidence and cementing Hahndorf Hill firmly in the pleasure centre of your brain.
Phase One: Isolated Gruner aromatics carried on clouds of mists. Each participant will be presented with a measure of White Mischief and Gru; you will be taught how to critically look at, smell and taste the wines. You’ll then be encouraged them to fix in you mind what aromas you can identify.
Phase Two: With lessons learnt, participants will apply their newly-honed nose to isolating what makes Rose and Blaufrankisch so special.
Phase Three: Completing the Circuit. The final phase will require participants to employ all they have learnt and deploy their last two as-yet-unused senses of touch and sound as we present the Green Angel with its recommended chocolate pairing and tie the whole experience back to the ChocoVino platform.
