Indulge in a three course meal, specially created by our Executive Chef Jay Jassar, with each course paired with an award winning Hahndorf Hill wine!
Starter: Bread with butter, olive oil & balsamic
Entree: Harris Smokehouse salmon cured with beetroot, Hahndorf Hill White Mischief Gruner Veltliner and served with tomato jelly, avocado puree and sourdough crisp
Main: Beef Wellington – premium grain fed beef and Swiss brown mushrooms brushed with Dijon mustard, wrapped with puff pastry. Accompanied by truffle potato puree, sauteed spinach and red wine jus.
Dessert: Rich chocolate mousse with orange jelly, fresh Adelaide hills berries and candied lemon zest
Jack Simmonds from Hahndorf Hill Winery will introduce each course and matching wine, as well as speak more about the history and production of Hahndorf Hill wines.
