In this class you’ll learn the secrets to achieving the perfect sweet and savoury scone both with an irresistible taste and texture – light, flaky, and utterly irresistible.
Chef David will share his grandmother’s secret recipe which just so happens to be the same one we use right here at the Beerenberg Farm Café.
Every aspect is covered, from ingredient selection and equipment use to shaping, cutting, and baking. You’ll learn tips for different flavours and add-ins ranging from traditional flavours to modern twists. You’ll gain the confidence and skills to create scones at home anytime.
The class will finish with a freshly baked scones (sweet & savoury) served alongside a selection of Beerenberg jams and condiments.
