Have you seen and loved ‘Frida & Diego: Love & Revolution’ at the Art Gallery of SA yet? It has inspired The Makery’s new Paint Frida with 3D Flowers workshop!
Paint Frida in your own style on canvas, then decorate your portrait with a hand-painted floral arrangement to make your painting pop with a luscious 3D element.
Workshop participants will receive a 40cm x 50cm canvas, paper flowers to paint, plus use of professional tools and materials throughout the session. Guidance, tips & tricks will be provided by professional team members.
So head to The Makery Co in the beautiful Main Street of Hahndorf, Adelaide Hills to get your Frida fix before the exhibition ends. Come solo or bring your mates or fav family members, BYO a bottle of your best vino and some yummy snacks… and get bloomin’ creative with Frida and flowers on canvas.
Food and beverage is BYO, please feel free to bring your own snacks and favourite drinks to enjoy throughout the workshop. Glassware will be provided.
This session runs for approximately 3 hours.
Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear that can get a little dirty. Ages 18+
