Catching the bus is the responsible way to enjoy the full experience of Hahndorf.
Hahndorf in 2022 had over 1 million visitors, and quite simply, we don’t quite have that number of carparks to facilitate everyone! But what we do have is a bus service that is operational 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Thanks to Adelaide Metro, you can simply hop on the bus from the Adelaide CBD, and make your way through the picturesque Adelaide Hills towns of Crafers, Stirling, Aldgate and Bridgewater before arriving in Hahndorf.
How to Purchase a ticket
Did you know that you can now use your debit/ credit card to pay for your fare? Or, purchase a Metrocard and load your funds onto it.
Adult Adelaide Metro Card / Debit/ Credit Card:
Off-peak: $2.40 one way
Peak: $4.25 one way
Concession Adelaide Metro Card:
Off-peak: $1.20 one way
Peak: $2.05 one way
Student Adelaide Metro Card:
Off-peak: $1.20 one way
