1. Introduction
By participating in the Winter Escape & Feed Me Package for 2 Facebook/Instagram Competition, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Competition is organised by the Hahndorf Business & Tourism Association.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2.2 Residency Requirement
The Competition is open only for Australian residents.
2.3 Exclusions
Employees of the HBTA, The Manna Group, Vine & Essen, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry Method
To enter the Competition, participants must:
- Follow @explorehahndorf & @vineandessen on Instagram.
- Comment on the Competition post, tagging a friends.
- Share the Competition post to their story/feed (optional for bonus entry).
3.2 Entry Limit
Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they like, providing each tag of a friend is a different personal account.
3.3 Entry Period
Entries must be received between 18 June 6:00pm ACST & 25 June 11:59 ACST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. Prizes
4.1 Prize Description
The prize(s) for the Competition are as follows:
- Winter Escape 1-night accommodation package valued at $169
- Feed Me for 2 valued at $148
- 1 bottle of wine upon accommodation arrival from Vine + Essen Cellar valued at over $49
4.2 Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Selection
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2 Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message onInstagram within 24 hours of the end of the Entry Period. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6.2 Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
6.3 Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition at our discretion if necessary.
7. Privacy
7.1 Third-Party Platforms
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating, you release Facebook and Instagram from any liability related to the Competition.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
